My Transformation

Here is what Beachbody did for me on the outside. I went from 162 pounds to roughly 183 pounds in that second picture in October of 2016. I can't wait to take my new "After" pics because I know I have improved even more.

 

Those are just visual representations of my success in my fitness. What you don't see is the kid on the left was a doubtful person; didn't think he could be a coach. Who would listen to him? He wasn't in shape. He's a kid. He has no experience in fitness.

 

The guy on the right is still no expert in fitness. What do I have now though? I have experience. I now have built experience in a number of workout programs as well as diet guidelines. More importantly, I became an expert of me. I know how to do me better than anyone else on this planet. That's what makes a coach successful. Once you are authentically you, you will attract people who feel comfortable doing the same. That's what my team is all about.
